I am writing this letter to whomever might need a business broker to sell or buy a business. I want to first mention that I work with businesses on a daily basis, throughout the states and have seen plenty of no-so-good business brokers, so thought it might help someone feel a bit more comfortable in their search for a good one. I was on a personal search for an auto repair shop in Southern California and until I met Steve Pereira, I thought it was going to be impossible to accomplish my goal after 5 months of searching. Here are just a few of the Pre-Pereira issues I was dealing with. 1. I would fill out the online request and NDA. It would take 1-5 days for someone to get back to me, if they even did. 2. Information on the business would be limited and most was not even relevant to the particular type of business, and if requested, it would take days or even weeks to get the correct information, I requested. 3. I would call the broker, hardly got an answer, just voicemails that almost never got returned. 4. Most brokers I talked with were not knowledgeable in business at all. 5.
